For decades, standard evacuation was the limit of nut preservation. Today, the integration of active scavengers and nano-materials is redefining the industry. This engineering report explores how a modern nut vacuum packaging machine utilizes active packaging technology to alter the internal micro-environment. We analyze the role of the nano-composite barrier film in blocking UV light to prevent lipid oxidation, setting a new global standard for industrial nut packing.
