Tofu cat litter, comprised of soybean residues, is highly hygroscopic (15-20% absorption rate). This technical analysis explores why a vacuum packaging machine is the only viable engineering solution for stabilizing tofu cat litter. We examine how the hermetic seal of a cat litter packaging machine prevents pre-mature clumping by isolating atmospheric moisture. Furthermore, we detail the volumetric compression capabilities of our automatic vacuum packing machine systems.
