Roasted coffee presents a unique engineering challenge: it requires oxygen exclusion while simultaneously releasing carbon dioxide. This technical report analyzes how a specialized coffee vacuum packaging machine balances these conflicting needs. We explore the integration of one-way degassing valves within an automatic vacuum packing machine and the mechanics of brick-shaping for dense storage. As a specialized packaging machine manufacturer, we examine the seal integrity required for food packaging equipment handling multi-layer foil laminates typical in the coffee bean packaging machine sector.
