Different legumes require distinct packaging parameters to maintain integrity. This technical report analyzes how a modern vacuum shaping machine adjusts to grain morphology. We examine specific data points: maintaining 0.08MPa for round grains versus 0.06MPa for oval grains to prevent bag rupture. We also explore the integration of nano-coated films in food packaging equipment to reduce OTR to 1.2cc. As a specialized packaging machine manufacturer, we detail how our automatic vacuum packing machine provides the precise control needed for a superior legume packaging machine.
