Traditional vacuum packing only delays oxidation. For organic pulses, biological threats like insect eggs and mold spores require a more advanced engineering approach. This technical report analyzes the integration of a legume vacuum packaging machine with low-temperature sterilization protocols. We explore how modern industrial bean packing utilizes these methods to effectively prevent legume weevils at the source. Furthermore, the adoption of active inner coatings and smart packaging technology transforms the humble bean into a highly secure, traceable food asset.
