Function and features
1. Double working station bag giving system. 100-300 bags can be stored.
There are detectors for alarm if either of working station’s bags are finished.
2. There is air pressure detecting device in the process of picking up the bag, opening the bag , clamping the bag and filling the bag. Unqualified bags will be kicked out automatically without stopping the working.
3. High speed weighing scale.
4. Bag-clamping movement and discharge gate are using two independent systems which make the bag clamping more stable
5. Using the big finger cylinder can make sure the bag mouth to be smooth.
6. It adopts plastic chain plate conveyor belt, gear meshing transmission, which is not easy to slip and deflect; the conveyor belt and the upper guide bag mechanism adopt mechanical linkage to ensure the synchronization of the conveying process.
7. All the major motoring are using servo moters. It’s very easy to adjust for different packing specifications, no need manual adjustment.

Bag requirements
A: The basic requirements
1. Double-sided laminated PP woven bag
2. If there is plastic handle lifting, the position of it must be at bottom of the bag.
3, the front and back hardness of the bag can not be too different (the specific test is subject to the actual test)
4. If you want to pack specific bags, bag samples are needed to be sent to us for checking if suitable
B: bag size range：
1. bag length (mm)： 500-800
bag width (mm)： 210-380
2. after filling the rice, the distance between the top of rice and the top of the bag edge should be over 200mm.(if need folding, the distance should be longer accordingly)
3. Bag with handle lifting (not plastic ones), the distance between the bottom opening edge of the handle and bag opening should not be over 55mm. the width should not be over 100mm
