Traditional packaging bottlenecks result from linear processing. This technical report analyzes how the modern granular vacuum packaging machine overcomes this through multi-station topology. We explore the engineering behind the automatic shaping packing machine, which separates weighing from vacuum sealing to achieve parallel operations. As a packaging machine manufacturer, we examine the integration of pneumatic shaping mechanics within a rice vacuum packaging machine. We also detail the precision control of the weighing and bagging machine unit.
