Solving the Aeration Paradox: Engineering Two-Stage Degassing for Ultrafine Powder Packaging
Packaging particles smaller than 10μm presents a unique fluid dynamics challenge. This technical report analyzes the specialized powder packaging machine technology required to handle aerated materials. We examine the two-stage vacuum process of an ultrafine powder packing machine—achieving -0.095MPa via screw extrusion—to eliminate interstitial gas. As a precision packaging machine manufacturer, we detail how an automatic vacuum packing machine utilizing six-sided mold vibration achieves a 50% density increase while integrating with a larger vacuum packaging machine system.
